Vinyasa Flow Yoga
We begin class with setting our intention (a positive thought or message), focusing our breath, centering our minds and body. We then move into a guided flow of Asanas, moving with breath from one posture thru another, showing modifications for all levels of practice, as well as including some mat-based Pilates, core strengthening and muscle toning. As class begins to wind down, we start to relax the body and mind, ending with a guided meditation. Sequencing of classes vary nightly to bring a variety to your practice. Proceed through your practice slowly, safely and with awareness of your body. Feel free to 'ride the edge' and push yourself, but know your poses at your own comfort level! Remember, yoga is not a is an individual practice :) No Memberships required at any location! All ages and experience levels are welcome and encouraged!
